Join WEBTOON for a day of educational workshops, live-drawing sessions, networking rooms, and more! Attendees will be able to learn about creating scroll comic series directly from WEBTOON Creators and Staff, get insights into the webcomic industry, and form community with fellow storytellers. When registering feel free to use your pen name and CANVAS Series instead of your first and last name if you are not comfortable sharing. Please see our FAQ below for any questions. Event Code of Conduct 1- Be respectful and courteous to all attendees and staff. 2- Do not ask other attendees for personal information and be mindful when sharing any yourself. 3- Keep things all age-appropriate. 4- Do not use discriminatory language, hate speech, or slurs. 5- Do not share ads, non-webtoon links, or server invites unless the channel allows it. No spam of any kind. We reserve the right to remove any comments or attendees at any point during the event. FAQ The event is Free! One! Closed captioning can be enabled through Google Chrome settings. It will be run in the Pacific Time Zone Yes, some of our workshops will be recorded and made available after the event. No specific date has been set. You will receive an email from the CANVAS team with the time and the WEBTOON Staff that will be reviewing your series. Look over your series and understand what you want to improve on! Bring questions for your reviewer, and it’s up to you if you’d like to provide any other art references or documents for a presentation. To make the most out of this year's portfolio reviews we strongly recommend your series follows these guidelines before registering for one:
1- Have 3 or more episodes published on CANVAS
2- Have uploaded an episode in the last month
3 - The series is in vertical formatting
